  • Ryoma Yamamoto

    Ryoma Yamamoto

    Chief Executive Officer of Eureka Inc. / Representative Director of Eureka Inc.

    Ryoma Yamamoto is the Chief Executive Officer of Eureka Inc. He brings to the role vast experience growing Japanese subsidiaries of globally expanding technology companies. Before joining Match Group, Yamamoto served as the president of OYO Japan, a real estate tech company from India, and as the representative of DoorDash Japan, a food delivery service in the U.S. Prior to these roles, Yamamoto joined Apple Japan in 2016 as a founding member and business head of Apple Pay in Japan, where he contributed to the explosion of mobile payments in Japan. He started his career with McKinsey & Company, where he spent 10+ years working in the Tokyo, New York, Dubai, and Shanghai offices solving numerous management issues and growing businesses, mainly in the technology and financial sectors. He received undergraduate and graduate degrees from Kyoto University.

    Shintaro currently serves as the CTO of Eureka. He is responsible for implementing technological strategies and leading the engineering organization. Prior to that, he was appointed as Corporate Officer CTO and he was a founding engineer of Pairs. Prior to joining Eureka in 2012, he participated in R&D in nonlinear optimization as an alumnus at Tokyo University of Science's research laboratory, joined studied abroad in Canada and worked at an embedded system technology firm as a new graduate. He holds an undergraduate degree from the Faculty of Science at Tokyo University of Science.

    Chief Marketing Officer

    Ho joined Eureka as CMO in May 2022, and was appointed as Board member and CMO in July 2022. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia, USA, he started his career 1999 Daum Communications in Korea, moved to Microsoft Korea in 2002, transferred to Microsoft Japan in 2005 and worked for Online Division. In March 2008, he joined RealNetworks K.K. as Representative Director and Area Vice President, where he has been expanding the company's business for about seven and a half years in the areas of video and digital music. He joined Twitter Japan in 2016 as Head of Growth Strategy.

    Jared Sine currently serves as General Counsel and Secretary of Match Group. Sine joined Match Group from Expedia, Inc., where he served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, overseeing all legal aspects of Expedia’s mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic initiatives, as well as all post-acquisition legal and integration matters.

    Chief Accounting Officer

    Philip D. Eigenmann, age 50, has served as Match Group's Chief Accounting Officer since November 2017. Mr. Eigenmann has held positions of increasing responsibility with the Company and its predecessors since May 2006, including Senior Vice President and Global Controller from February 2016 to November 2017, and Vice President and Global Controller from December 2009 to February 2016. Prior to joining us, Mr. Eigenmann held various finance and accounting leadership roles with AMX Corporation, a worldwide leader in advanced control and automation technology for commercial and residential markets, which was publicly traded on Nasdaq until its acquisition by The Duchossois Group in 2005. Mr. Eigenmann began his career in the audit practice of Ernst & Young in Dallas, Texas. He received a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University, and is a certified public accountant in the State of Texas.

    Vice President, Tax Planning and Controversy

    Alexis Willis currently serves as Vice President, Tax Planning and Controversy for Match Group. Alexis worked in public accounting before joining Match in 2007, working for both KPMG and Grant Thornton LLP. Since joining Match, Alexis has assisted with tax matters relating to corporate income tax, indirect tax compliance, transfer pricing, audit support, planning and has assisted with numerous acquisition transactions as part of her tenure.

    Céline Mutz currently serves as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, EMEA / APAC. Céline worked at several law firms between 2003 and 2014, specializing in business, IT and intellectual property law. She then moved to become an in-house counsel in 2014, as the Assistant General Counsel, Legal Director, EMEA of Demandware, a listed company providing e-commerce platforms in the cloud. She joined Match Group in September 2017.

  • Junya Ishibashi

    Junya currently serves as the CEO of Eureka, since 2016 and the General Manager of Match Group East Asia of parent company Match Group since April 2019. He is responsible for leading the growth strategies for all Match Group brands in the region. He has served in multiple roles since joining Eureka in 2013, including CTO. At the same time as entering Tokyo University of Science, he joined a web systems development company. In his sophomore year, he left the university to pursue his career in engineering. In 2010, he changed his job and served multiple roles as the general manager of IT, logistics, and CS, and also the business manager of the company's online business. After resignation in April 2023, he continues to support Eureka's business as a director.

    Director, FP&A

    Mari currently serves as the Director of FP&A. She is responsible for financial strategy and planning for Eureka. Prior to joining Eureka, Mari started her career in New York City in public accounting. She left PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2018 and joined Meetup's accounting department before moving to Japan in 2019. Mari received a BBA in accounting from Mount Saint Mary’s University.
