TA Team Lead & HRBP

We are currently looking for a full life-cycle TA Team Lead & HRBP to join our growing team. You will be responsible as Team Lead of Recruiting in Eureka/Match Group Japan as well as HRBP for one of the functions in Eureka. In order to support our business growth, you will be responsible for creating Talent Acquisition strategy including Employer Branding, Sourcing (both Direct and Indirect), Recruiting Operation, KPI management. You will also need to contribute as a recruiter to carry some reqs and deliver the result. In addition, you will be acting as HRBP to support one of the business functional teams to support talent strategy(e.g. Performance Management, Talent Calibration, Development Plan, etc.). This job requires in-house recruitment experience, ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • TA Team Lead Role
  • Create Talent Acquisition Strategy based on business requirements, and execute with team members
  • Consolidate KPI and report Recruiting status to the stakeholders timely
  • Perform full life-cycle recruiting with ability to source, screen, interview and close candidates
  • Dedicatedly research and identify sourcing techniques for identifying top talent
  • Partner with leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on approach, market nuances, and challenge where necessary to think differently and inclusively.
  • Use creative techniques, skills, and experience to discover, identify, and attract the best talent in the Tech & Product field.
  • Take a Lead role for emerging talent programs and critical hiring projects.
  • Participate in implementing, continuously refining, and assessing recruiting processes to deliver high quality results and improve customer and candidate experience
  • Be familiar with industry trends, market competitors and able to share the insights with hiring managers

  • HRBP
  • Assess and anticipate human resources-related needs
  • Provide input on workforce and succession planning
  • Maintain awareness of the company culture and support business leader for employee engagement action
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions
  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
  • Interpret human resources policy to company management
応募資格

Experience & Qualification

  • 6+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience with some HR generalist experience is preferred.
  • Great to experience stakeholder management such as Senior Leadership members or executives
  • Preferable experience in IT/tech company
  • Have a knowledge of whole recruiting process management with KPI
  • Have experience researching and market mapping to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates
  • Rigorously prioritize, organize, and multitask; simultaneously building and managing diverse candidate pipelines for multiple roles at varying stages in the process
  • Have strong analytical skills and ability to track sourcing metrics, draw insights, and translate into action
  • Experience in vendor management, experience in university recruitment is a plus.
  • Have fluency in Japanese and English to support recruitment in markets

  • 基本給+45時間分みなし残業代+賞与
  • 経験・能力を考慮の上、当社規定により決定いたします
  • 昇給:半期に1回上長との定期面談があり、その際に昇給を決定いたします
  • 賞与:年に1回、業績貢献度に応じて支給いたします

  • フレックスタイム制
  • リモートとオフィスワークのハイブリッドスタイル

  • 年間休日:131日(2021年実績)
